Love this list Ishah! I also read Gibson's Psalm 23, it was a favourite of mine this year. I'm intrigued by the Hidden Hands book, I'm going to add it to my TBR!

I’m currently reading David Gibson’s Psalm 23. I’m also reading it slowly as it reads so beautifully on the Good Shepherd.

It does read beautifully, definitely a book to savour slowly. Enjoy!

This helped to confirm I need to read Frankenstein! I had picked up an old copy from Goodwill but wasn’t sure of it but I’ll take your recommendation seriously! Thanks for this post!

Yes! Do it Nicholas 😁 I don't think you'll regret reading it. I'm so pleased my review has given you the nudge to consider it again.

NICE! Thanks for the reviews and ideas. I added the Psalm 23 book to my wishlist....if only I could read a warp speed! Enjoyed hearing about all of these books. Thanks!

Thanks John!

I know what you mean about reading at warp speed 😆 FOMO with books is very real for me!

I'm working my way through your Psalms book too and it's wonderfully encouraging 🙏

Ishah, this was a wide ranging and captivating book round up--thank you! I will remember the Julie Andrews book. I very much enjoy fiction for young people (I'm reading "Hattie Big Sky" currently and enjoying it very much.)

This former elementary teacher appreciates your recommendations :-)

Oooh I've just checked out Hattie Big Sky (never heard of it before) and it sounds like it has similar themes to Mandy! Better still it's part of a series, the paperback is reasonably priced too 😊

Added to my wishlist

Thanks Jody ♥️
